Tuition - All tuition is due on the first of each month. Students/parents have the option of paying monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Non-refundable Registration and Materials Fee – This fee ($50.00) covers a set of books, reserves your lesson time, and sets you up in our student database. A one-time security deposit for the full amount of two lessons is due at the time of enrollment for all private instruction students who pay by check or cash. At the time of lesson termination, this deposit will be applied to the student's final two lessons. The following amount is to be paid at the time of registration:
$50.00 (Registration and Materials) + $52.50(Security Deposit) + $105.00 (1st month fees) = $207.50 (for those not on auto-payment)
$50.00 (Registration and Materials) + $105.00 (1st month fees) = $155.00 (for those on auto-payment)
Available Discounts – Discounts can be earned by paying quarterly or yearly, per the chart below. Sibling discounts are also available: On a month-to-month payment schedule, three or more students from the same family can receive a 10% discount. On a quarterly or annual payment schedule, two or more students can receive a 10% discount. Discounts apply to additional siblings after the first one. Discounts are not combined.

Private Piano / Guitar / Violin Lesson
Forty-eight 30-minute lessons annually (considered September through August)
Method of Payment – The store prefers that tuition be paid by automatic bank account debit or automatic credit card payment; charges will be applied on the fifth of each month. A $25 handling fee will apply each time a debit or credit card is rejected. A $25 fee applies for NSF checks. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed if fees are not paid by the 15th of each month.
**Please do not request the teacher to alter the schedule to accommodate other extracurricular activities.
Substitution – Piano & Organ Warehouse reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher in the event of long-term teacher absence.
Media Release - Photos of students and video and audio recordings of student projects and performances may be posted online and used by the instructor for promotional and workshop materials. Identifying information will be limited to first names only. Parents wishing to exempt their students from any published media may do so by providing a written exclusion request.
Note: At the discretion of the teacher, students may be asked to discontinue lessons at any time if they have unpaid tuition, an excess amount of absences/unprepared lessons, or if they show a lack of interest.

No lessons will be taught without payment.
The tuition you pay reserves your place for a weekly lesson.
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. No refunds will be issued after classes have begun. There is no reduction in tuition for missed lessons.
Classes missed due to a teacher’s absence or inclement weather will be made up at a mutually agreeable time.
